Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders aren't dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is a flat £4.99 for UK orders and $5.99 for orders to the US and Canada. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times
Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays or customs.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow 2–3 days for the first tracking update to appear. You can also visit our Track My Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped to the US or Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@suyeskincare.com with your order number and we'll help put it right.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can only update the address before your order has been dispatched.
